Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator
Location: Blackpool
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established automotive retailer in Blackpool.

Applicants must have previous experience in vehicle sales administration within the motor trade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to invoice vehicles, apply road tax, and register warranties.
  • Support the sales process with ownership transfers, taxation of used vehicles, and cherished plate applications.
  • Ensure all customer and vehicle data is accurately maintained and compliant with GDPR regulations.
  • Keep vehicle stock records up-to-date and assist with month-end report reconciliation.
  • Confidently register new vehicles using government RAV (formerly AFRL) systems.
  • Effectively manage high volumes of transactions and organize workload efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for vehicle transfers and swaps.
  • Assist in auction preparations, including accurate paperwork and specification documentation.
