In this role, you'll deliver engaging, inclusive lessons in electrical installation and theory. You'll support students across all stages of their learning - from recruitment to progression - while contributing to curriculum development and maintaining high industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience in electrical installation or engineering, a Level 3 qualification in Electrical, and a passion for helping others succeed. Teaching qualifications are welcome but not essential - training and support will be provided.
The Role
Deliver high-quality teaching in Electrical Installation within the construction sector
Use digital and face-to-face tools (e.g., VLE) to support learning and engagement
Contribute to course development and curriculum innovation
Guide learners from enrolment through to achievement and progression
The Person
Industry-qualified in Electrical (minimum Level 3)
Experience in the construction/electrical sector
A confident communicator, digitally literate and learner-focused
Teaching qualification desirable - training will be provided
Based within a commutable distance of Blackpool
