Due to continuing expansion our client, an international service company, is actively seeking a proactive, dedicated, and ambitious Internal Account Manager to complement their growing team.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, duties to include:
路 Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
路 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
路 Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
路 Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
路 Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
路 Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
路 Collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with company products and services in the long-run.
路 Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
路 Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
路 Prepare reports on account status.
路 Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
路 Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
As a successful candidate you will have experience within a similar account management or sales administration role with a flair for client communication and understand consumer behaviour, Accuracy and attention to detail are essential together with excellent IT skills and ability to multitask effectively. A basic knowledge of account management software (CRM) would be beneficial.
