Ready to take control of your sales pipeline? We’re on the hunt for a driven, self-starting Direct Sales Agent to join our team targeting the U.S. market. You’ll be working from our Blackpool office, but your reach will extend across the Atlantic as you connect with business owners and decision-makers, offering them a prestigious and in-demand product. Unlike traditional appointment-setting roles, this position puts you in full control – from outreach to close. You’ll be provided with leads, but the most successful agents in our team go further: networking, researching, and sourcing their own opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing Calling and engaging directly with business owners across the U.S. Booking and managing your own appointments and sales calls Following up warm leads while building and maintaining a healthy pipeline Working collaboratively on high-impact campaign projects Researching potential leads via LinkedIn and other social platforms Networking with existing clients to uncover new opportunities Meeting (and beating) weekly and monthly performance targets

What We’re Looking ForProven experience in direct sales or business development Confident closer – able to take a sale from start to finish Strategic thinker who’s comfortable with both phone and online research Motivated and proactive – you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them Excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly Skilled at working independently as well as within a team Tech-savvy and familiar with using CRM systems and sales tools
