FBC UK are currently the second biscuit manufacturer in the UK market with a strong ambition of becoming UK Market Leader.The roleWe are looking for someone to help support the customer, sales and logistics teams in establishing and monitoring the metrics to evaluate the performance of FBC UK Supply Chain. This role helps identify areas for improvement, through root causes analysis and actions plan definitionKey accountabilities• Define and Monitor KPIs: Establish relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track performance and progress.• Dashboard Analysis: Regularly review and analyse dashboard data to identify trends and areas for improvement.• Service Level Targets: Assist in setting service level targets and periodically evaluate deviations from these targets.• Action Plans: Foster a culture of creating effective action plans to minimize deviations from targets.• Order Monitoring: Oversee customer orders, ensuring data consistency and order conformity to prevent business violations.• Transport Delay Analysis: Investigate cases of transport delays or specific issues to maintain service levels.• Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to enhance collaboration and define new market routes.• Logistics Projects: Participate in projects aimed at improving logistics collaboration and enhancing customer service levels.• Claims Monitoring: Track logistics claims and stay informed about order feasibilities.• S&OP Accuracy: Evaluate the accuracy of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) by comparing predicted demand with actual sales, considering factors like overall accuracy, bias, trend analysis, and adaptability to market changes.• Inventory Management: Minimize inventory discrepancies and optimize production planning based on real demand.Skills & experience• Previous experience within an administrative role• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail skill• Computer literate with a working knowledge of all Microsoft office package• Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels within the organisation• Ability to multitask and understand departmental priorities.
