We partner with a variety of wonderful nurseries and early years settings across Blackpool, Lytham St Annes, Fleetwood, and the surrounding Fylde Coast, offering you a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience and make a real difference to young children's lives.

About the Role:

As an Agency Nursery Nurse with Tradewind, you will enjoy the flexibility of choosing when and where you work across the Fylde Coast. You will have the opportunity to:

• Work in a variety of stimulating and supportive nursery environments in Blackpool and surrounding towns.
• Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of engaging activities.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff.
• Gain valuable experience and enhance your professional development across a diverse range of settings.

Key Details:

• Hourly Pay: £13.88 - £15 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications).
• Contract Type: Temporary, term-time only.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.

We are looking for Nursery Nurses who:

• Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
• Have experience working with young children in a nursery setting.
• Possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
• Are enthusiastic, proactive, and able to use their own initiative.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Are willing to travel to different nursery locations across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast.
