We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our network of vibrant nurseries and primary schools across Blackpool, Fylde, and Wyre as Early Years Assistants! This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to embark on a career as an EYFS Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA), Early Years Teaching Assistant (EY TA), or Nursery Practitioner. You will be placed at a setting local to you that matches your availability and professional development plan.

Key Responsibilities may include:

Supporting the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities, both indoors and outdoors.
Assisting with the personal care needs of children, such as toileting and feeding.
Helping to create a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment.
Observing children's development and learning, and feeding back to the team.
Encouraging children's social, emotional, and communication skills.
Supporting children during play and structured activities.
Helping to prepare resources and tidy up after activities.
Following safeguarding procedures and ensuring the children's well-being is paramount.
Working as part of a team to create a positive and supportive atmosphere.

We are looking for individuals who:

Have a genuine interest in working with young children (birth to 5 years).
Are enthusiastic, patient, and have a positive attitude.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Are reliable, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
Are willing to learn and develop their knowledge of the EYFS framework.
Can work effectively as part of a team.
Are committed to the safety and well-being of children.
