We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our network of vibrant nurseries and primary schools across Blackpool, Fylde, and Wyre as Early Years Assistants! This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to embark on a career as an EYFS Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA), Early Years Teaching Assistant (EY TA), or Nursery Practitioner. You will be placed at a setting local to you that matches your availability and professional development plan.

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Assisting with the personal care needs of children, such as toileting and feeding.
  • Helping to create a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment.
  • Observing children's development and learning, and feeding back to the team.
  • Encouraging children's social, emotional, and communication skills.
  • Supporting children during play and structured activities.
  • Helping to prepare resources and tidy up after activities.
  • Following safeguarding procedures and ensuring the children's well-being is paramount.
  • Working as part of a team to create a positive and supportive atmosphere.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have a genuine interest in working with young children (birth to 5 years).
  • Are enthusiastic, patient, and have a positive attitude.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are reliable, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
  • Are willing to learn and develop their knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Can work effectively as part of a team.
  • Are committed to the safety and well-being of children.
