Join our dedicated team in a dual role as a Behaviour Support & Cover Supervisor. This position involves supporting students with behavioural needs, implementing effective management strategies, and covering classes as needed. It's an ideal role for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in educational settings and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide direct support to students with behavioural challenges, working closely with teaching staff to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Act as a Cover Supervisor, stepping in to manage classes, ensuring continuity of education in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Maintain a positive, supportive environment that promotes student well-being and learning.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to plan and coordinate work.
  • Serve as a role model for students, demonstrating compassion, trustworthiness, politeness, and excellent listening skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on behaviour support and classroom management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to managing student behaviour.
  • Reliability, commitment, and interest in working with students.
  • Patience and confidence when working with children.
  • Must be punctual and trustworthy.
