We are currently recruiting qualified key stage two teaching assistants across the Blackpool area for the summer term to support with booster sessions, SAT's preparation and 1:1 subject support. You will be matched with a school based on your experience, location and commute.

These positions will run on a temporary contract for 3 months (April - July term time). Your hours are between Monday - Friday, 8:30-3:30pm with a 30 minute lunch break. Part time roles are available and ideally require the commitment of someone for mornings or afternoons Monday - Friday or for three full days work. Pay is between £13.84 - £15 per hour, reflective of the role and experience.

To be successful you will need one of the following qualifications:* NVQ Level 2 or 3 teaching assistant.* Level 2 or 3 certificate in teaching and learning.* Cache Level 3 teaching assistant and SEN certificate.* Special needs teaching assistant.* Level 4 Higher learning teaching assistant.* Qualified Teacher with QTS (who is happy to support as a TA).

Key Responsibilities:* Support the learning and development of children in the KS2 setting.* Support core skill development in maths and English.* Uphold and enforce safeguarding protocol.* Assist in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities.* Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.* Monitor and record children's progress and development.* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.* Encourage positive social interactions and support children's emotional well-being.
