The Company are extremely well established and is a truly British manufacturer. They are a market leader within its chosen field of specialism and are looking to expand their engineering team once again due to increased growth in their market share.

Key Skills

  • Apprentice Trained in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience of PLC systems, & Automated Machinery.
  • Understanding of PPM Systems within FMCG.

The Role

The ideal candidate will come from an electrical engineering background and should be able to work on their own initiative, be an apprentice trained qualified engineer and have PPM and TPM manufacturing experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day automation engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximising machine efficiencies. If you have worked on PLC systems, HMI systems, and invertors it would be advantageous, they have a variety of PLCs on site and you will have programming ability on PLC systems, ideally Allen Bradley. You will be able and willing to work on wrapping machines, forming machinery, drives, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and other process machinery. There is a huge scope and variety on offer so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
