We are recruiting for a well-established company that specialises in air distribution and ventilation solutions. With decades of industry experience, they provide high-quality products, including:
- Air Distribution Products Grilles, diffusers, and HVAC solutions
- Natural Ventilation Solutions Passive stack, wind-driven, and hybrid systems
- Architectural & External Louvres High-performance ventilation solutions
- Smoke, Fire & Volume Control Safety-compliant dampers and air transfer grilles
The company is embarking on an ambitious £10 million growth plan over the next five years, with a particular focus on expanding their Architectural & External Louvres sector. As their Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in leading this expansion while continuing to build on their success in construction and wind farm industries.
Your role will include:
- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth
- Expanding the Architectural & External Louvres market segment
- Building relationships and leveraging industry connections to secure new business opportunities
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team
- Collaborating with senior management to shape long-term business growth strategies
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
- Proven experience in a Sales Director role and experience within the Louvre Industry is essential
- A track record of driving growth withM&E, Main Contractors, Distributors, Architects and Specialists across construction and engineering
- Strategic operator who can define and execute the strategic sales plan
- Strong understanding and knowledge of louvres and the air ventilation sector products to include grilles, diffusers, HVAC solutions, natural ventilation solutions, passive stack, wind-driven, hybrid systems, architectural & external louvres, high-performance ventilation solutions, smoke, fire & volume control is essential
- Strong customer base across construction, commercial and retail
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and seize new opportunities
- Exceptional leadership skills to build and inspire a high-performing sales team
- The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
