THE ROLE
This newly created position sits at the intersection of operational excellence and strategic vision. Reporting directly to the Board, you'll:
- Take full ownership of financial operations, including management accounts, forecasting, and statutory reporting
- Drive critical business decisions through insightful financial analysis and recommendations
- Lead a talented finance team, nurturing their development while building robust financial controls
- Partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimize business performance
- Implement innovative financial systems that scale with our ambition
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Proven track record as a Finance Manager with demonstrable impact
- Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with sharp commercial acumen
- Experience implementing and optimizing financial systems
- Strong people management skills with an ability to influence at all levels
- Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail
- Desire to make a genuine difference in a dynamic environment
