Do you have the drive and expertise to lead a dynamic curriculum and inspire students across both Further and Higher Education levels?We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Programme Lead in Public Services to join our successful and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver high-quality teaching across a range of Public Services programmes, from Level 3 up to Level 5/6.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, delivery, and development of Public Services programmes across FE and HE.
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching sessions that support student success and progression.
  • Monitor student progress and provide effective academic and pastoral support.
  • Lead a team of lecturers, ensuring high standards in teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure curriculum relevance and innovation.
Essential Requirements:
  • A degree in Public Services or a related subject.
  • Experience teaching across both Further Education and Higher Education levels.
  • A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
