Cameron James Professional Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading property asset management company to recruit a dedicated Property Consultant. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team based in Blackpool and play a key role in the management and sale of properties for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients across the UK.

We are seeking ambitious and hardworking individuals who are passionate about property and eager to develop a rewarding career in a fast-paced environment. You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from an experienced team, empowering you to excel in this exciting role.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Proactively managing properties in accordance with client service level agreements.
  • Liaising with clients, upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service, fairness, and transparency.
  • Coordinating with external parties to gather necessary information and documentation, and progress property transactions.
  • Reviewing information from third parties and formulating well-supported recommendations.
  • Developing and communicating effective solutions to problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Responding to all communications promptly, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Maintaining meticulous records on our IT systems, including accurate and detailed information, correct document storage, and clear and concise communication logs to ensure a robust audit trail.

  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to questioning and verifying information.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Grade A-C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
