This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and knowledgeable solicitor to take the next step in their career, managing a diverse, high-calibre caseload while playing a key role in the firm’s continued growth and success.  The Role:As a Private Client Solicitor, you’ll lead on complex and sensitive matters, offering bespoke legal solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling a wide-ranging caseload including Will drafting, probate and estate administration, inheritance tax planning, and trust creation and management.
  • Advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on sophisticated estate planning and wealth management strategies.
  • Delivering high-quality legal advice with a tailored and client-centred approach.
  • Supervising and supporting junior team members, contributing to training and team development.
  • Working closely with financial planners, tax advisors, and other professionals to provide holistic client services.
  • Taking an active role in business development and networking, enhancing client relationships and expanding the private client portfolio.
 What We’re Looking For:
  • A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in private client law, with hands-on experience in probate, trusts, estate planning, and tax matters.
  • A high level of technical knowledge, with confidence in managing complex and high-value client files.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships with empathy and professionalism.
  • A forward-thinking, proactive mindset, with a focus on contributing to the team’s growth and long-term objectives.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • A strong commitment to business development and enhancing the firm's market presence.
