Acorn by Synergie is recruiting foran experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a 7 story appartment block in Blackpool. The project begins in earnest, on the 3rd November and running for a period of 18 months.
Ideally you will possess all of the necessary site management qualifications (SMSTS/First aid/CSCS) and have previous experience within new build appartments particulary in the process of Met-Sec, structural frames.
Key Duties:
- Management of all subcontractors
- Responsible for the management of a strict health and satfey process and ensure all standards are maintained
- Management of the build from foundation to finish
- Maintain a high level of build process and execute a high standard across the board
- Utilise and manage an assistant manager so they put to work in the most efficient manner
- Ensure accurate recording and paperwork is maintained
- Bring the project to handover within time and budget
Requirements:
- SMSTS/First aid/CSCS
- Management experience
- Met-sec build experienced
What We Offer:
- Competitive daily rate: 250 - 300 per hour (CIS available).
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5pm.
