We are recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse to join the Fylde and Wyre CAMHS Team based at Whitegate Drive Health Centre, Blackpool.
This is an exciting role working within a supportive CAMHS team, providing care and support to young people experiencing a wide range of mental health and wellbeing needs.
Key Responsibilities:-
Complete mental health assessments and create care and hospital discharge plans.

Independently manage a caseload of young people, adapting risk plans as needed.

Triage referrals, provide duty support, and prioritise workload effectively.

Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team, attending MDT meetings and contributing to care planning.

Provide signposting to appropriate services and make safeguarding referrals where necessary.
