Tradewind Education are a reputable Education Agency who support primary settings in Blackpool and the Fylde Coast. We are seeking dedicated and experienced teachers to join our supply pool from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a flexible work-life balance while continuing to make a real difference in the lives of students across various key stages in Blackpool, Lytham St Annes, Fleetwood, and surrounding areas.

About the Opportunity:

As a Supply Teacher with Tradewind, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of welcoming and supportive school environments across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast. You will provide essential cover for planned and unplanned teacher absences, delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with school policies and curriculum guidelines. This role offers:

  • Flexibility: Choose your working days and potentially school preferences across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast to suit your availability.
  • Variety: Gain experience in diverse school settings and work with students of different ages and abilities throughout the Fylde Coast.

  • Daily Cover: Earn between £130 and £140 per day, depending on experience and role.
  • Long-Term Roles: Day rates start at £166+ for longer-term assignments.

We are looking for Experienced Teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have a proven track record of effective teaching across primary or secondary key stages (please specify your areas of expertise if relevant).
  • Possess strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Are adaptable, resilient, and able to quickly build rapport with students and staff in various school settings.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the national curriculum and assessment procedures.
  • Are reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Are willing to travel to different school locations across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast.
