Brook Street Social Care are now looking for support workers to work with our client with services in Blackpool and St Annes, supporting adults with complex needs.

Duties:

• Support individuals with all aspects of their day-to-day living
• To ensure the Supported Individual/s has a safe, appropriate and comfortable living environment
• Discreetly perform any personal care tasks to preserve the Supported Individual's dignity at all times.
• If a requirement to administer or support to administer medication following the care plan
• To complete all administration in line with the requirements of the role

Requirements:

• At least 1 years experience in social care or a similar role
• Have a genuine desire to provide quality care and support
• Flexibility
