Reed is currently looking to recruit an experienced Adults Social Worker to join Blackpool Councils Learning Disability Team.
Fantastic payrate of £30.66 per hour!
Responsibilities of this role:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with clients, families and other professionals.
- Provide ongoing support and advocacy for clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements of this role:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Experience in a similar role within a multidisciplinary framework.
- Excellent report writing, record-keeping and computer skills.
