We are recruiting Day-to-Day Supply Teachers to work across secondary schools, providing short-term cover on a flexible basis.

SCG work with Secondary Schools across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast so if you are happy to work within these locations we will be able to help assist.

This role is ideal for teachers seeking maximum flexibility, work-life balance, or occasional teaching days without the commitment of a long-term post.

The Role:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Adapting quickly to different schools and classroom settings
  • Ensuring safeguarding and school policies are followed
  • Providing brief feedback to cover managers where required

The Ideal Candidate:

  • QTS/QTLS or UK-recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching in secondary schools
  • Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and professional approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
