Are you a passionate and creative individual with a flair for inspiring young people through art and fashion?

Tradewind are looking for a dynamic Art/Fashion Tutor to join our team within an Alternative Provision in Blackpool, supporting learners who thrive outside of mainstream education.

About the Role:

You will deliver engaging and inclusive Art and Fashion sessions tailored to young people with diverse needs and backgrounds, helping them build confidence, explore their creativity, and achieve real progress - both personally and academically.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver innovative lessons in art, fashion, and design tailored to a variety of learning styles and needs.
Support learners aged 11-16 (and occasionally post-16) who may experience social, emotional, or behavioural challenges.
Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
Encourage personal growth, self-expression, and progression into further education or employment pathways.

What We're Looking For:

A background in Art, Fashion, or Design (degree or equivalent experience).
Teaching or tutoring experience, ideally with young people in alternative or SEN settings.
Strong behaviour management and excellent interpersonal skills.
Patience, resilience, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
