Art/Fashion Tutor - Alternative Provision (Blackpool)Part-Time | Immediate Start Available

Are you a passionate and creative individual with a flair for inspiring young people through art and fashion?

Tradewind are looking for a dynamic Art/Fashion Tutor to join our team within an Alternative Provision in Blackpool, supporting learners who thrive outside of mainstream education.

About the Role:

You will deliver engaging and inclusive Art and Fashion sessions tailored to young people with diverse needs and backgrounds, helping them build confidence, explore their creativity, and achieve real progress - both personally and academically.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver innovative lessons in art, fashion, and design tailored to a variety of learning styles and needs.
  • Support learners aged 11-16 (and occasionally post-16) who may experience social, emotional, or behavioural challenges.
  • Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Encourage personal growth, self-expression, and progression into further education or employment pathways.

What We're Looking For:

  • A background in Art, Fashion, or Design (degree or equivalent experience).
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, ideally with young people in alternative or SEN settings.
  • Strong behaviour management and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, resilience, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
