We are delighted to be recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Coordinator based in South Shore Blackpool. If you have experience in the construction industry and want to be a part of a prospering company, this is the role for you!

This role is suitable for people commuting from Preston, Lytham, ST' Annes, Blackpool, Bispham and Cleveleys.

Operations Coordinator Salary: 32,000- 36,000

Operations Coordinator Hours: 9am- 5pm Monday- Friday

Operations Coordinator roles and responsibilities:

-Assist with planning and coordinating projects.

-Issue out work schedules and detailed information to operatives for projects.

-Prepare Construction Phase plans

-Communicate with management / operatives for current and upcoming projects

-Update internal trackers / client portals as required with project updates

-Request quotations from suppliers for materials and equipment as required

-Place purchase order with suppliers

-Follow-up with suppliers for status of orders and delivery, and communicate with project teams

-Organise travel and accommodation requirements

Our Ideal Operations Coordinator:

-Experience working within a construction environment

-Experience working within a customer service position

-Proficientin Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook

-Excellent organisational skills

-Excellent communication skills, both in oral and written
