In this role, you'll deliver practical, hands-on lessons to students across multiple trades, helping them build the foundational skills needed for the construction industry. You'll also support student progress, assist with curriculum development, and play a vital part in shaping confident, job-ready learners.
The ideal candidate will have industry experience across several construction disciplines and hold a Level 5 qualification in a relevant subject. Teaching qualifications are not essential - just the passion to train and inspire.
The Role- Deliver Multi Skills Construction training across trades such as joinery, bricklaying, plumbing, etc.
- Support students with practical and theory-based learning
- Contribute to curriculum development and resource planning
- Track and support learner progress and achievement
- Background in construction with experience across multiple trades
- Level 3 qualification or higher in a relevant area
- Great communicator, team player, and digitally confident
- Willing to work towards teaching and assessing qualifications
- Based within a commutable distance of Blackpool
