An exciting opportunity has arisen with my growing client based near Blackwood. With a lovely company atmosphere and environment, and a genuinely excellent team ethos and drive to succeed this client is providing an excellent opportunity for an administrator to join them on their journey.

As an Administrator, organisation is key to your role which will be to deliver the administrative tasks whilst adhering to company processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Schedule works orders within the order fulfilment platform and align all associated elements ie Material, Tools, Hire Equipment and scope of works.
  • Support the sales team to prepare and maintain sales forecasts and sales pipeline in alignment with agreed performance targets. Prepare and present sales quotations and presentations
  • Deliver the administrative tasks to maximise performance within the department and comply with customer service level agreements.
  • To understand departmental KPI's and use them to drive performance. Regular monitoring of the data to ensure these KPI's are met daily.
  • Using the supplier information, communicate a quote and works timing plan for each project. Liaise with stakeholders and gain frequent updates from site versus the scope of works and communicate effectively to the customer.
  • Generate invoices.

  • Computer literate, including Microsoft office suite.
  • Ideally some purchasing skills would be advantageous
