On offer is an autonomous role where you will work under the Continuous Improvement Manager based in the Northern office, leading the Continuous Improvement functions within the South West factory. You will also lead projects to implement new CI projects within the business.This role would suit someone with experience making improvements to the Manufacturing Process who is looking to progress their career with a highly autonomous role with fantastic support and training to thrive in an exciting new position.
