Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to working with our established client in the Blandford area who are looking to recruit a Project / Training Assistant to provide essential support to the business.

What you will be doing:

  • Assisting with the design, management and implementation of projects within the business
  • Using project boards and flow charts, following up on each project to ensure they run on track
  • Liaison with external companies and suppliers
  • Assisting with IT training for new users and rolling out training on new products and systems
  • Production a range of documents including templates
  • Adhoc duties as and when required

What you need in order to succeed:

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Previous administrative experience and a good range of IT skills including excel
  • Experience within a legal environment is not essential although an interest in the industry would be beneficial
