They deliver a flexible and engaging curriculum across Primary. KS3 and ks4, tailored to each students individual needs and interests.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting students to develop positive behaviour for learning, emotional regulation, and social skills. Working closely with key workers, phase leaders, teaching staff, and families, you'll provide one-to-one mentoring and group support that empowers students to overcome barriers and reach their potential.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working with young people with SEMH needs, behavioural difficulties
- Demonstrates resilience and empathy
- Is confident managing behaviour in a calm, non-confrontational manner
- Works effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Experience, Training:
- 6 months experience in the UK
- DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
