Job Title: HGV Mechanic
Location: Blandford
Salary: 18.00 - 22.00 per hour + overtime
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Mechanic to join an established company in Blandford. This role offers strong pay, guaranteed overtime, and manufacturer-led training opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Routine servicing, inspections, and repairs of HGVs
Fault finding and diagnostics
Call-out and breakdown cover (rota available)
Maintain high standards of health and safety
Hours of Work:
Week 1: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 17:00
Week 2: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 + Saturday, 08:00 - 12:00
Overtime available daily
What's On Offer:
18.00 - 22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Guaranteed daily overtime + additional hours available
20 days holiday (increasing to 25 with service)
Manufacturer training provided
Call-out rota with extra earning potential
Requirements:
Previous experience as an HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician / Heavy Vehicle Fitter
Strong skills in repairs, servicing, and diagnostics
A reliable and proactive approach to work
