Key Responsibilities:
- ?? Ensure all daily client work orders are filled promptly upon receipt from Client Service.
- ? Process rush work orders timely and accurately.
- ??? Refile files, containers, and tapes daily within allocated timescales.
- ?? Maintain assigned racking and row upkeep (replace and repair containers/lids, keep floors clean).
- ? Perform auditing as per schedule or as requested.
- ?? Process destruction orders as per schedule or on request.
- ?? Complete daily paperwork before leaving for the day.
- ?? Verify and load all orders according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- ??? Complete daily runs assigned by the supervisor and park assigned vehicles safely.
- ?? Comply with maintenance and safety checks of all record centre vehicles and equipment.
- ?? Assist in unloading/loading trucks and vans.
- �?? Operate forklifts and/or pick lifts.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a multi-drop operation service delivery role, preferably in the records management industry.
- Full clean driving licence required ??.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Flexibility to work across teams.
- Comfort with routine lifting, bending, and overhead stretching.
- Ability to operate a forklift and/or pick lift (training will be provided).
- Routine scanning of materials and handling of boxes and pallet jacks.
