As Office Administrator, you will:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls
  • Maintain up-to-date records via the firm’s bespoke legal software package
  • Order office supplies and keep an accurate inventory of stock
  • Maintain both the electronic and manual filing systems
  • Support team members with the administration of their caseloads

As Office Administrator, you will need:

  • Good data entry skills
  • Good working knowledge of Word
  • Effective communication skills
  • Well-developed clerical skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Good attention to detail
