Early Years Learning Support Assistant (Unqualified)

Location: Blyth

An OFSTED outstanding primary school in the Blyth area is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic unqualified Early Years Learning Support Assistant to join their welcoming Early Years team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting young children at the earliest stages of their learning and development and who is keen to gain hands-on experience within a nurturing school environment.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Support the Nursery and or Reception Teacher with day-to-day activities and assessments

*
Help maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment, including supporting children who may be more vulnerable

*
Assist with daily routines such as play-based learning activities and personal care when required

*
Work closely with a supportive and experienced Early Years team
