We are supporting an adults service provide, who assist with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in their search for a Clinical Lead. You will be playing a pivotal role in the day to day running of the service and be assisting with some turnaround work and delivery of the Service Improvement Plan (CSIP).

This is a critical leadership role where your clinical expertise and strategic insight will directly impact the quality of care and support the service deliver

Experience required:

  • Registered clinician (e.g. RNLD, RMN) with an active PIN.
  • Proven experience in leadership roles within adult social care or health settings, ideally within services for people with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Demonstrable experience of service turnaround and driving quality improvement through structured plans (e.g. CSIP).
  • In-depth knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support, safeguarding legislation, CQC standards, and relevant frameworks (MCA, DoLS, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills with a hands-on, solution-focused approach.
  • Passionate about co-production, rights-based practice, and enabling people to live fulfilling lives.
