We are proud to support a specialist business undertakinga flagship mixed usedCommercial/ Leisure developmentand to compliment their team they are seeking an experienced, versatile and knowledgeableDesign Manager.
Reportinginto the Project Lead, the Design Manager will be fully site based, and responsible for liaising with the site teams, senior management, consultants and architects to effectively manage the design process and have key responsibilities for:
* Ensuring the production ofdesign programmes, scopes, design gap analysis, and schedules to record progress
* Co-ordinating appointments
* Monitoring upline reporting
* Attending /chairing necessary meetingsand workshops, ensuring notes are taken, actions are agreed and distributed to the relevant functions.
*Supporting the projectrequirements to help ensure all the key design deliverables are tracked and compliant with Building Standard
*Managing designers(consultant and subcontract) to provide adequate, complete and compliant information to meet the design programme and to pass client approval gateways.
