Operations & Maintenance Project Manager / Asset Manager - Solar

Location: North Cornwall
Salary: 35,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Advanced Resource Managers are supporting an established renewable energy installer who are seeking a motivated and organised Operations & Maintenance Project Manager / Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of Solar PV sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage operational renewable energy sites to ensure performance and compliance.
  • Diagnose and resolve system faults or underperformance issues.
  • Review inspection reports and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Collate and analyse site performance data for reporting.
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, DNOs, and consultants.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in commercial Solar PV operations.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable:

  • CAD experience.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy systems.
  • Degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or related field.
