START: MONDAY 27TH OCTOBER
PAY RATE: 220 PER DAY
DURATION: 2-4 WEEKS
We require an experienced CSCS Carpenter to join a team on a refurbishment project in Cornwall, PL26. You will have a strong background in construction site work and will collaborate closely with the site team to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
Key responsibilities:
- Installation of suspended flooring
- Construction and installation of stud walls
- Hanging and fitting doors
- Working effectively within the site team to meet project deadlines and standards
- Adhering to health and safety regulations on site
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Proven experience as a carpenter on a construction / refurb site
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and committed to quality workmanship
- Full PPE
- Own tools
- Ability to provide references from previous work
