A successful, fast growing accountancy practice based in Bodmin has a requirement for a hands on Client Manager to join them taking on the hands on delivery, review and management of accounts, tax and wider all around service provision to a mixed and varied client portfolio, working closely with the Directors as key, right hand support.

Client Details

Based in Bodmin the firm's clients are wide ranging in sector, turnover and industry range to cover the range of smaller sole traders and partnerships, alongside a large client base of OMBs and SMEs, up to around £3million in turnover on largest clients. Clients range across hospitality, sports related industries, property developers, hauliers and other varied industry clients. The Directors are looking for a key right hand support who can lead on the management and delivery of accounting/tax and wider services, along with adding value to clients on advisory and planning projects. Flexible working hours can be explored, with hybrid working on offer additionally.

Joining this firm as Client Manager, you will bring your background as an all-rounder accounts, tax general accountancy practice professional to service sole traders, partnerships and limited company OMBs, SMEs with a hands-on approach, alongside managing the full delivery and building client relationships. Alongside managing the compliance and delivery on this side, working with your team in a review/mentoring and training capacity, you will also lead on delivering added value, advisory and planning work to clients. You will carve a career within this firm as key support to the firms director carving an influential role and career within a growing firm with excellent career progression prospects on offer..

Profile

For this Client Manager you will hold any of the AAT, ACA /ACCA/ CTA qualifications etc, or have developed your career entirely through experience alone, with a strong background in accountancy practice having developed your career to around the manager levels. You will have an all-around accounts/tax career background gained within any of small, medium/large accountancy firm environments as an all-round general accountancy practice professional, either working on wide industry sector clients or bringing a focus working on farming and agricultural focused clients and you will be seeking a move with a fast growing, entrepreneurial firm of accountants

Job Offer
