What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering engaging training sessions on electrical and mechanical maintenance principles
  • Assessing learners in the workplace and helping them develop real-world skills
  • Liaising with employers to ensure apprentices are gaining the right experience
  • Supporting the ongoing development of training programmes and qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • A strong background as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer
  • Experience working in an FMCG or similar high-paced industrial environment
  • A desire to move into training and mentoring (no teaching experience necessary - full support given)
