Our client, a world-leading designer and manufacturer of precision components and systems, is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join their dynamic and forward-thinking sales team.
What Youll Be Doing:
As a Technical Sales Engineer, youll play a key role in growing the business by:
- Providing expert technical support to customersbefore, during, and after the sale.
- Working closely with the R&D team to develop innovative technical solutions.
- Attending trade shows and visiting customers worldwide.
- Crafting compelling quotations, proposals, and technical bids.
- Supporting marketing efforts with technical content and insights.
- Identifying new product opportunities based on market trends and customer feedback.
What Were Looking For:
Were seeking someone with:
- A strong technical understandingideally with a background in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A keen interest in technical sales and a drive to understand customer needs.
- Experience in a technical or commercial role is beneficial but not essential - theyll support your growth.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of microwave theory, EM simulation tools, or antenna design.
- Familiarity with mechanical assembly or machining techniques.
