Our client, a world-leading designer and manufacturer of precision components and systems, is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join their dynamic and forward-thinking sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you’ll play a key role in growing the business by:

  • Providing expert technical support to customers—before, during, and after the sale.
  • Working closely with the R&D team to develop innovative technical solutions.
  • Attending trade shows and visiting customers worldwide.
  • Crafting compelling quotations, proposals, and technical bids.
  • Supporting marketing efforts with technical content and insights.
  • Identifying new product opportunities based on market trends and customer feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone with:

  • A strong technical understanding—ideally with a background in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A keen interest in technical sales and a drive to understand customer needs.
  • Experience in a technical or commercial role is beneficial but not essential - they’ll support your growth.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of microwave theory, EM simulation tools, or antenna design.
  • Familiarity with mechanical assembly or machining techniques.
