As theMulti Skilled Plumber,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheMulti Skilled Plumber,will be responsible for:
- Undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations, including Pipework inspections, adaptions, repairs , fabric work, handyman responsibilities.
- You should be capable of working to the highest level of service for the client, answering queries, reporting any defects.
- Keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
- You will also be required to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
- Keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
- Candidates will have a full current driving licence and be willing to participate in an On-Call rota.
To be successful for this Multi Skilled Plumberrole you must have:
- You will have knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
- Have good verbal and written communication and be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.
- The ideal candidate would have a background within Maintenance / Facilities Management environment or similar
- Be to either C&G Level 2/3 / NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent / technical diploma.
