Job Title: Qualified Nursery Practitioner Level 3Location: Bognor Regis Salary: Annual salary of £22,737 (pro rata)Hours: 33.5 or 34.5 hours per weekJob Description:We are looking for a qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our team in Bognor Regis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.The hours of work for the role are: Monday: 9am - 6pmTuesday: 730am - 5pmWednesday: 9am - 6pmThursday: Day OffFriday: 8am - 5pmThe role is open to a job share if needed.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality learning, development, and care activities that meet the individual needs of children.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress and achievements.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure the nursery is a safe and stimulating environment for children.
- Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A recognised childcare Level 3 qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience working within Early Years.
