Essential qualities required:-

Experience working within a school setting.

Duties include:-

· Assisting in the educational and social development of pupils

· Helping pupils engage in learning

· Aiding the class teachers

· Providing support for individuals inside and outside the classroom

· Support students with specific learning needs

· Undertake lunchtime supervision as directed

· Manage challenging behaviour
