Delta Personnel is searching for a Technical Administrator.

We're recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join a long established business that handles nationwide vehicle movements. Keep runs efficient, keep drivers organised and keep customers updated. If you can plan well and keep things moving, you'll do well here.

Job info

• Temporary, Temp to Perm and Permanent positions available
• Working directly with the Logistics Manager
• Focused on run planning, scheduling drivers and managing internal movements
• Keeping everything within agreed service levels
• Occasional support to the booking team

Duties

• Plan logistics runs and organise routes
• Schedule drivers and make sure hours and rules are followed
• Communicate with sites and keep workflows within SLA
• Update customers on vehile progress
• Build simple processes that make the job run smoother

What you need

• Logistics and geographical knowledge
• Understanding of driver hours
• Good customer service
