As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who have received a Debt Recovery letter. Your responsibilities will include taking payments, setting up payment arrangements, and handling customer queries - all with a professional and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls and customer queries in a polite, professional manner
  • Take payments and negotiate suitable payment arrangements with debtors
  • Update account status and respond to queries using Client systems
  • Adhere to business parameters and regulatory requirements

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Motivated and target-driven
  • Good PC literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or debt recovery (desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
