Due to our continued growth, we have an immediate need to hire additional resources for our Group Marketing Team.  We are seeking an ambitious, engaging, creative Marketing Administrator to join our busy team and work alongside our Marketing Manager.  

Initially based at our HQ in Bolton, but once up to speed, predominantly working remotely, coming into the office for team meetings and collaborations. You will play a key role in the Team, with the main focus being to assist in the creation of proposal documents to attract and win new clients!

Key accountabilities and objectives include:

This is an important role within the Group's Marketing function, to assist with the organisation and production of engaging client proposal documents and the tracking of key performance indicators in relation to these documents. 

You will be required to communicate with the internal sales department and external Directors / Business Owners to obtain the relevant information required to produce high-quality and accurate work.  Key to this role will be your ability to work alongside various functions in order to ensure that all work is produced to the highest standard and without error on time.

The ideal candidate:

  • Can write clear/creative content
  • Can successfully maintain and update key statistics on our internal system
  • Has an exceptionally keen eye for detail and is focused on accuracy
  • Has a proactive and organised approach, including the ability to manage own workload and prioritise several projects at any one time
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (essential)
  • Previous Marketing Administrative experience is desirable but not essential
  • Must be able to commute to our HQ in Bolton (hybrid working is available after probation period)
