This is an excellent opportunity to join a multidisciplinary that offer specialist design services to the commercial sector. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their Bolton studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
- Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
- Submit planning and building regulation applications
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met
- Provide architectural design services and project management to commercial projects
Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong technical and design skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Bolton area
