Pensions Administrator (Transfers)

Bolton/Ipswich/Salisbury - onsite

9-month FTC - 40 hours p/w

Meraki Talent are partnered with a large-scale, reputable financial services firm to appoint Pensions Administrators to their established teams in multiple locations (Bolton, Ipswich, Salisbury). These 9-month contracts offer full-time hours and a collaborative working environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pensions Administratorto join a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a professional environment and takes pride in delivering work of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company with professionalism in all internal and external communications
  • Accurately process pension transfers in line with regulatory and internal standards
  • Collaborate with various departments and external organisations to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Manage and administer investor, adviser, and internal instructions relating to core processes within agreed service levels

Candidate Profile:

  • Pensions and/or Transfers experience gained in a Financial Services environment
  • Back-office and/or financial services admin experience
  • Strong organisational skills and a commitment to quality
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and with third parties
