An exciting Business Development Executive opportunity has opened up at a market-leading bus manufacturing organisation! This is a brand-new role, perfect for someone who’s proactive, results-driven, and eager to make a real impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

You’ll work closely with the Sales Director, Area Managers, and the Marketing Team to uncover new leads, generate strategic insights, and drive business growth into untapped market areas. If you have a strong telesales background and thrive on building relationships, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

  • Generate new business leads through proactive outreach and telesales.

  • Gather valuable insights from prospects and existing customers to inform strategy.

  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and support pipeline development.

  • Leverage market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate customer and lead data in the CRM system.

  • Create reports to track activity, conversion rates, and sales performance.

  • Collaborate across teams and share key updates on lead progress.

What we’re looking for:

  • Background in telesales, lead generation, or similar business development roles.

  • Background in the automotive sector would be desirable
  • Driven, enthusiastic, and target-oriented mindset.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with prospects.

  • CRM experience (data entry + report generation).

  • Detail-oriented with a knack for staying organised.

  • A team player who thrives in a fast-moving, results-led environment.
