You'll engage clients, develop business, guide technical solutions, and collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategy and growth.The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial AV or tech sales/operations, with strong knowledge of AV systems and integration. You'll be commercially astute, confident with clients and suppliers, and skilled in ERP/CRM systems, account management, and business development.The Role:
- Leading the commercial operations function
- Support Sales Director / external sales team
- Manage key customer accounts and drive business development
The Person:
- Experience in a commercial AV, technology or solutions-based sales / operations environment
- Experience in key account management, quoting / presenting to client and business development
- Proficiency in ERP / CRM systems
